Oct 28 – Nov 1, 2026 · Fort LauderdaleFLIBS brings 100,000+ attendees, 1,300+ boats and the biggest names in the yacht industry to Fort Lauderdale for five days — and venues, hotel rooms and private entertaining space book out months ahead. We plan corporate hospitality programs for exhibitors, brokers and buyers so your team and your clients get a seamless week on the water.
What we handle
From the first client email to the last dinner on the water — every detail managed so your team can focus on relationships, not logistics.
Waterfront restaurants, rooftop lounges and marina-adjacent spaces near the show, secured before the calendar fills.
For brokers, buyers and top clients — a reason to remember your team long after the show floor closes.
Booth hospitality, private client lounges and after-hours events timed to show hours.
Private yacht charters and sunset cruises arranged through our local DMC network — the signature moment for your top clients.
As a certified travel agency we negotiate hotel room blocks for your group, then welcome every attendee from the moment they land — airport greeting and ground transportation built into your program.
One team managing every vendor, every reservation and every guest — from load-in to last call.
Why Event More
We design hospitality programs for companies who need boat-show week to go flawlessly — and who don’t have months to spend chasing venues and hotel rooms themselves.
FLIBS-week venues, hotel rooms and vendors fill three to six months out. We lock in your program early, before the good options disappear.
You work directly with Severine and her core team — one relationship managing every detail from first brief to final departure.
Beyond event planning we are a certified travel agency — hotel room blocks and ground transportation booked directly, under the same contract as your event.
Women-owned and WBENC certified — a preferred vendor for companies with supplier diversity programs.
Relationships with waterfront venues, marinas and charter operators give your program access others can’t get.
Venue, transport, hotels and on-site staffing under one contract — no chasing five vendors across five time zones.
How we work
We learn your guest list, program goals and budget. No obligation — just clarity.
Venue options, a sample program and pricing tailored to your group.
